Royal Mastiffs only import puppies that come from parents that have been subject to the following stringent health tests, we take every possible precaution when selecting puppies thereby giving you the best examples of the breed.

At Royal Mastiffs, winning matters, that’s why every puppy we import has parents with multiple awards wins. From the standard IDC show group and BH test up to IPO and the notoriously difficult ZTP 3 the European and AKC kennels we work with have won them all. The puppies we provide are born to win – it’s in their blood.

Our puppy health guarantee is the best and most comprehensive puppy health guarantee in the world. If the puppy dies due to genetics, or if the micro puppy has a congenital or hereditary disorder(s) (within one year) that causes the puppy illness, the puppy will be replaced with a comparable puppy of equal value with no expense to you. Alternatively, we would provide a full refund within 120 days. The cause will need to be certified by a licensed vet.
In the unfortunate death of your puppy occurs, due to genetics, after one year until five years of the puppies birth date, a credit will be issued for the amount of 50% of the original cost towards your next micro puppy of equivalent dollar value, within a period 120 days. Again the cause of death will need to be certified by a licensed veterinarian.

What you are required to do:

Take your puppy to the vet within 6 business days, of delivery. After the exam makes sure to send us a copy of the exam’s results or medical record within 6 business days. Not taking your micro puppy to the vet within 6 days after receiving your puppy will void the guarantee. The exam must be done by a licensed vet. The puppy will come with up-to-date shots, do not give an additional vaccine to your micro puppy within the first ten days unless otherwise instructed by your vet.
You will need to provide proof of the regular healthcare and maintenance of your tiny puppy/dog, which would include vaccinations and exams.
The Exceptions To The Puppy Health Guarantee

Heart murmurs in grades 1 or 2 pose no threat to your puppy and are not covered under this guarantee. These grades of murmurs are usually transient as your puppy is still a baby and its entire organism is still developing.
We do not cover hip dysplasia.
If you cannot show proof of your puppy’s regular veterinary care and or timely vaccinations this will void the puppy health guarantee.
